Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) hosted on AWS infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. We apply industry-standard access controls and conduct regular security reviews. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Ticket data is retained for 24 months by default. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of Solace after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
