Solace uses AI models to generate ticket classifications and draft responses. These outputs are for review and should not be treated as final without human oversight. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content and are not liable for decisions made based solely on AI output.
The Solace platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Solace and protected by intellectual property law. You retain ownership of any content you submit through the platform. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be retained per our Privacy Policy retention schedule.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
