Solace is an AI-powered enterprise support platform that provides automated ticket routing, natural language querying, and onboarding assistance. The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis and may be updated or modified at any time.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to access the platform. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Keep your password confidential and not share account credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Submit false, misleading, or malicious content through the ticket system.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the AI systems.
• Upload documents containing malware or harmful code.
• Violate any applicable law or third-party rights.
• Use automated scripts to access the Service beyond normal use.

5. AI-Generated Content

Solace uses AI models to generate ticket classifications and draft responses. These outputs are for review and should not be treated as final without human oversight. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content and are not liable for decisions made based solely on AI output.

6. Intellectual Property

The Solace platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Solace and protected by intellectual property law. You retain ownership of any content you submit through the platform. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be retained per our Privacy Policy retention schedule.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will provide notice of material changes via email or in-app notification.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction in which Solace operates.
